If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@cirqulate.com so that our customer service team can assist you promptly. Kindly include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and your order number.

At Cirqulate™, we are committed to selling high-quality products and upholding high standards of customer service. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so our returns and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward.

If you are not satisfied with the compression socks you have received due to sizing, length, or feel, you have 30 days from the date of receipt (the day they were delivered to you) to return them. Please send us an email to hello@cirqulate.com to inform us that you will be returning an item. Please include your name and order number with the returned socks to help us locate your original order more easily. Once the compression socks have been received back in our warehouse, we will issue a full refund, excluding the original postage costs. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the compression socks to us.

Upon wearing the compression socks for the first time, if they feel extremely tight or very loose, this indicates incorrect sizing. This can occur because leg measurements can vary in ankle and calf circumference. If this is the case, please contact us to arrange a return.

Compression socks returned to us must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received to be eligible for a refund. We will not accept compression socks that show visible signs of extended wear (this will be determined by our warehouse team upon examination).

Cirqulate™ reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items with a strong odor, blemishes, or covered in human/animal hair.
  • Items that have been washed.
  • Items that show signs of being worn (trying them on to check the size is acceptable).
  • Items not in their original condition or that are damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Items damaged during transit due to improper packaging of the return shipment.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the initial delivery date.
  • Mystery boxes or sale items, which are non-returnable.

You will be notified via email if your returned item does not meet our return criteria. Please ensure you follow our return policy guidelines to avoid any issues, as we cannot accept returns that show damage or fall outside the 30-day window.

If your compression socks are faulty or damaged:

If you received a faulty item, a photograph of the fault will suffice, and we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@cirqulate.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If we sent you the wrong socks, please contact us, and we will send you the correct ones.
